Generally I like pearl white, and overall it looks good on the ND. But it also makes the weird cut line for the hood stand out. Especially because the paint on the plastic bumper looks slightly different than the paint on the metal hood. At least from this angle, in this lighting.

Much less of an issue in a dark color.

(And when driven by cream sport coat Miata Jesus, a.k.a. Jack Baruth .)

Not the worlds best cut line, but didn’t bother me IRL. The paint difference might be pre-production issue too though.

That happens on a lot of cars with plastic bumpers and lighter metallic paint. Including Mazdas.

(I used to have a gray MS6 like this one but the paint on the bumpers wasn’t as poor of a match as this.)
